It may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor
How To Use This Medicine
Use this medicine exactly as directed on the label, unless instructed differently by your doctor
* Take this medicine WITH MEALS. You may take immediately before or immediately after meals.
* Use this medicine for the full prescribed treatment period. DO NOT skip doses or discontinue unless directed by your doctor.
* Drink several glasses of WATER during the day, unless otherwise directed by your doctor.
What To Do If You Miss A Dose
Take when remembered unless time for next dose. No double doses.
How To Store This Medicine
Keep in original closed container in a dark, cool, and dry place away from children. Discard unneeded medicine.
Call Your Doctor Immediately If You Experience
Jerkings of face, trunk, or extremities; Skin rash; Dizziness; Changes in urination frequency or amount; Hearing loss, ear
ringing, unsteadiness; Unusual tiredness or weakness; Vomiting; Increased thirst; Swelling; Nausea; Itching; Difficulty
breathing; Drowsiness; Decreased appetite.
Other Side Effects
Diarrhea; Abdominal discomfort or pain.
If symptoms are mild but do not go away or are bothersome, check with your doctor. IF ANY OF THE ABOVE SIDE EFFECTS IS SEVERE,
CALL YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY.
